Easy to use
The Recursion Real-Time Stat Tracker now has a built-in configurable crosshair overlay! It features automatic centering of images, the ability to use any custom user-specified image for the crosshair, an easy way to toggle its visibility on demand, and immediate updating so you can change the crosshair in seconds if desired. Radeon™ Overlay was first introduced in Radeon™ Software Adrenalin Edition 17.12.1 and has been enhanced in Radeon™ Software Adrenalin 2020 Edition 19.12.2. The new Radeon™ Software In-Game Overlay menu provides quick access to all Radeon™ Software features and options without the need to exit or ALT+Tab out of the current running. Crosshair overlay programs are a versatile way to enhance your gaming experience. They allow you to customize your aiming reticle to your desired specifications including color, contrast, position and design. They require a little bit of manipulation, because the crosshair overlay programs are rarely plug and play.
Crosshair Overlay Rust Paint
Just set one of pre-installed crosshairs or select your own image and that's all! Run a game and software will do the rest of work - your image will be automatically centered on the game screen.
No input lag
HudSight draws a crosshair overlay right over a game frame and it doesn't matter what video mode is used in a game. That is why you can switch your game to fullscreen and get minimal input lag. Finally!
Compatibility
Software can work with games based on DirectX 9, 10, 11, 12, OpenGL and Vulkan graphics. 32 and 64-bits games are welcome. It works on Windows 7, 8 and 10.
Default crosshairs are a mandatory download for anyone using the Recursion Crosshair Overlay, meaning that a needlessly large collection of crosshair images would place an excessive burden on anyone with slow internet download speeds, metered connections, limited free hard drive space, and other restrictions.
AHK Game Helper
In this video I teach you how to place any crosshair above your game to ease your aiming and give unfair advantage over your opponents.:-) The method launches the game in windowed fullscreen mode. Overlay Crosshair. Contribute to MoHatKnock/Crosshair development by creating an account on GitHub.

Crosshair Game Overlay
Rust Crosshair Overlay Ban
Edited as of 10/19/13
Hello friends. I wanted a custom crosshair/reticle and using a mumble overlay sounded more appealing to me than running an overlay program combined with Tribes in windowed mode. I created a hybrid of solutions provided by Boulop, Mstarr and ChickenNWaffles in order to meet my needs. This album shows the mumble cross hair (small green dot) between my blue CS crosshair to show it is centered in the screen. The album also shows the different overlay options, friends list scaled large, friends list scaled small, and no friends list. Scale does not affect the crosshair. Overlays must be enabled in mumble for this to work, so I provided a mumble overlay which does not include the default friends list which you can use if you prefer not to have one.
The crosshairs do scale with screen resolution. The same green dot crosshair can be seen in a lower resolution here. So if you do not use 1920x1080 you might need to edit the crosshairs.
Enough talk, you can download the .7z file here: Jolly'sMumbleRetV2

You probably need the latest version of Mumble 1.2.4-rc1-8-gb115a29 (Snapshot)
You need to be playing in your monitor's native resolution or the game will freak out
Mumble needs to be running for this to work
You do not need to be connected to a Mumble server
